Coastal Quality Construction was contracted to buildout a new high-tech Shake Shack restaurant on the main floor of the Historic Garfield Building at 1965 East 6th St. in Cleveland, Ohio. The Garfield was originally built in 1893. Demolition of the existing space to a clean 4,100 sq. ft. shell was completed and all electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems were upgraded. We worked closely with Shake Shack Corporate, the Architect, Engineers and the City of Cleveland to create a very unique and classic restaurant space paying close attention to their very specific design features and state-of-the-art equipment and fixtures.
