COASTAL QUALITY CONSTRUCTION is a commercial general contracting company. Incorporated on the core principals of teamwork, transparency, and trust, we have forged long lasting relationships with our clients by exceeding expectations on projects lasting from year-long build-outs to one-day repairs.  Located in Parma Ohio, we will provide services just about anywhere east of the Mississippi River encompassing general contracting, design build, construction management, and pre-construction drawing review.

SERVICES

General Contracting

CQC can work with you in the traditional design, bid, build method of General Contacting or as a member of the team from the beginning to help develop the design, scope, and costs hand-in-hand with you and your architect.  In this role, we help to coordinate and build your project.

Design/Build

Under the Design/Build delivery method, CQC would reach out and hire one of our many architectural contacts to perform the design. CQC would work with the architect to develop the design.  This method can proceed much faster than other methods because we are working hand-in-hand with the owner and architect to get your project built.

Construction Management

Construction Management is where the owner hires the architect and the Construction Manager.  The Construction Manager acts as the owners agent in the construction of the building.   Subcontract packages are developed and bid.  Many times the owner will hold the contracts directly with the subcontractors.
